The couple and their bridal party arrive at the venue; the bride settles into the suite for touch-ups.
4:00 PM
音响灯光 & 场地布置进场 (Setup)Sound, Lighting & Venue Setup
i Do Pro 团队与 Decoration 团队同步进场,开始架设全场音响设备、调音台、以及舞台灯光(如 230W 7R Beam 光束灯)。
The i Do Pro team moves in with the decoration team to rig the full PA system, mixing console, and stage lighting (e.g. 230W 7R Beam moving heads).

这个时间段是黄金期。技术团队需要在这个时候做「频率扫描」,避开现场可能存在的无线电干扰,确保晚宴上的无线麦克风绝不卡顿、断音。
This is the golden window. Our tech team runs a "frequency scan" now to dodge any RF interference, so the wireless mics never cut out or stutter during dinner.

主持人 (Emcee) & 乐队 (Live Band) 到场检查Emcee & Live Band Check
四大金刚陆续就位,主持人和乐队进行正式的 Sound Check(试音)。
The key crew get into position; the emcee and live band run a proper sound check.

双方父母及新人彩排Parents & Couple Rehearsal
双方父母与新人走位彩排,熟悉进场路线。
Both sets of parents and the couple rehearse their entrance and walking path.

这时候我们会进行「灯光定点调试」。我们会测算新人站立的位置,确保摄影师在拍 March-in 特写时,舞台光束刚好打在新人身上,拍出来的照片皮肤透亮,绝不黑脸。
Now we run a "lighting spot-calibration." We map exactly where the couple will stand so the beams land on them perfectly during the march-in — photos come out bright and flattering, never with dark faces.
